On this the 23rd day of December- 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unani®ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
8500.00 from Line Item No. 10-401-571 Commissioners Court
Contingency Fund to Line Item No. 10-401-454 Repairs and
Maintenance - Van in Commissioners' Court.

On this the 23rd day of December^ 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner^ Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
.-, Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay 8128.00
from Line Item No. 10-456-309 postage in Justice of peace
Precinct. #2 and authorize a hand check.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher for 8128.00 made payable to Kerr^ville
Postmaster^.
Item 2.1 Consider and discuss alleged damage to
property owned by the Mosty Family. (Mar^y Mosty Smith/Robert
Most y)
This item was discussed by the Court with Robert Mosty and
Mary Mosty Smith. The Court decided that Commissioner Lackey
and Leonard Odam ar•e to get with the Mosty's and study this
problem and r•epor^t back to the Court.
