On behalf of the owner I am requesting this replat to be on the agenda for the October 14, 1997 meeting of
Commissioners Court. This plat has been approved by the Ciry of Kemille; a public hearing was advertised and
held on September 18, 1997. All of the public entities (except County Clerk) were delivered a plat by city staff - I
should have all of their signatures on the final plat by meeting date. I have delivered a copy of the plat to the
clerk's otlice and paid the final plat fee of $60 (see routing slip).
