RE: Extending Maintenance on Mary Ruth Road
Gentlemen:
I presented to Commissioners Court on March 2~, 1997, the County maiutainiug the
remainder (.60 mile) of Mary Ruth Road in Upper Turtle Creek.
This matter was referred to Kert County Road & Bridge, and they returned an
estimate of $28,000.00. Kerr County Road & Bridge stated that funds were not sufficient
for this extension of maintenance this year.
However, I am here to find out the status, and again to bring it to the attention of the
Commissioners. Hopefully, it will be accepted and could be placed into the budget for 1997-
1998. To date we have not heard a decision on this matter.
