APPROVAL TO AMEND SECTION 4.3(B) OF THE
KERR COUNTY RABIES AND ANIMAL CONTROL ORDER

On this the 11th day of August 1997, upon motion made
by Judge Denson, seconded by commissioner Baldwin, the court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to amend section
4.3 (b) of the Kerr County Rabies and Animal control order
from 72 hours to 48 hours effective August 11, 1997
