TO ALLOW COUNTY JUDGE TO FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS
OF THE EXISTING ORDER
On this day the 27th day of October, 1997 upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to amend Court
Order Ho. 926 to allow County Judge to fulfill the
requirements of the existing order.
No. 925, PROPOSITION OF STATE SANITATION DEPARTmgIT TO CONSTI3TCT TOILETS IN KERR COUNTY.
This 11th day of December, 1933, came on to be considered the proposition submitted
by klr. G. Cf. Smith, representative oY the State Sanitation Department, askiz~ the Court
to set aside $300,00 to purchase forms and equipment Yor the conatniation oY sanltary
tollets in Kerr County, with Yree labor furnished by the C. W. A., which proposition
be and is hereby re~eoted by the Court upon motion of Comr. F. A. Karger and seconded
by Commissioner Plm. Karger and unanimously adopted.

This 11th day oY December, 1933, came on to be Considered the application oY
Richard Boerner and others Yor the abandonment and closing oY the old Kerrville & Comfort
Road between the 2nd crossing of the Railroad at Albert Peschel*s place and the Kendall
County line, and it appearing to the Count upon advice oY Resident State Engineer lfaddox
that new State Hig}uvay No, 27 between above mentioned points has been completed and the
State Highway Department doe a not require said old road to be kept open any longer.
Therefore, upon motion duly made and seconded and unanimously adopted, be and it is hereby
ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all the portions of said Old Kerrville &
Comfort Boad which are no longer necessary to be kept open Yor travel, are hereby abandoned
sYrl closed, and the land opera entitled to land embraced within such closed portions of
said old road be and are hereby authorized to enclose same tvithin their enclosures, and
and arty and all right, title or interest claimed or owned by Kerr County in the portions
oY said old. road hereunder closed shall revert to and reinvest in the respective land
owners entitled thereto.
And County Judge, John 3. Atkins be and is hereby huthorized and directed to execute
and deliver Yor and on behalY oY Kerr County it and when requested, proper quit claim deeds
to such land owners covering such part or pa rte of said old road as they may be entitled
to, Por such eonaideration as was agreed upon when they conveyed their right oY vray to
the State oY Teaas Por new State Highway No. 27.

To Commissioner's Precinct No. 2 the sum of 550.00,
To Commissioner's Precinct No. 3 the sum of 450.00,
To Commissioner's Precinct N`o~4 ~ sum of 1,575.00.
And the County Clerk is authorize8 and directed to^ ach precinct with the amount stated
above.

This 12th day of August, 1931, it is ordered by the Court that 3.13 acres of land out
of the James IC. 191nche1l Survey PIO. 34, embraced in the right of .ray of ne~~a estate Highway
,Eo. 2Z be purclussed by Karr County from J. T. Moore for sum of :;234.75 plus property dama;;e
by reason of nutting mayor portion of his place off from crater x1,265.25 and right of way
of old highwsy or San Antonio Road when same is abandoned. Said sum of x1,500.00 to be paid
by the County Clerk out of the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund upon delivery of proper deed
to said 3.13 sore strip by said J. T. Moore & wife in favor of the State of Texas.
And it is expressly agreed and understood that the right of way of the old highway or
San Antonio Road over and across the property of said J. T. Moore shall be conveyed to him
by G~'uit-claim Deed by Zerr County when new Highway No. 27 is opened and old highway has
been abandoned and released by the State.
