A motion made by Judge Denson and seconded by Judge Ables to authorize Tommy Tomlinson to employ an Independent Audit Firm to perform an audit on Recor as provided by the Operating and Managing Agreement. A motion made by Judge Denson and seconded by Judge Ables to authorize Tom Pollard, Attorney, to send a 30 day Termination Notice to contractor as provided by the Operating and Managing Agreement (2.01). A motion made by Judge Denson and seconded by Judge Prohl to authorize Tom Pollard, Attorney, to send to contractor a 30 day Notice to correct matters of noncompliance and/or to take action on any other remedy as provided under the Operating and Managing Agreement (2.03).
