Without our flag program, we would not have been able to help so many. Over these years, we've have been affected by the same thing as you---things just keep going up. To cut down on our cost, we have decided to only offer yearly contracts. We know this will make only a very small difference but we just can't stand the thought of raising our price. Call us old-fashioned or stubborn, or whatever-- we just want to offer the best service for the best price and we hope you feel as we do---------$40 is a real bargain. July 1, 1997 Kerr County Judge and Commissioners: Your Honor: The Heart 'O The Hills Lions Club places American Flags at local businesses on various Holidays. This is done by Contract. We would like to give the General Public an opportunity to purchase Contr cts for Flags to be placed on the Court House Lawn on Na~ional Holidays. We would appreciate the County Commissioners considering this opportunity. We ask the County Commissioners to grant the Lions permission to place a sign with the names of the Citizens that furnish the Flags. This Program will not incur any cost to the County. Thanking you.
