Gentlemen:
I suggest we start J. Tisdale at $20,000 plus $1,200 travel. The
previous supervisor was earning $21,000 plus $1,200.
As a further suggestion, at budget time we could build in a raise effective October
1, 1997, which would come after Tisdale gains proficiency in his new position.
