Texas Re: Texas Tomorrow Fund The Texas Tomorror Fund ie a Texas Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Program designed to help Texas families with the coat of providing their children with a college education. The Texas Tomorror Fund, created through legislation is administered by the Texas Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board rithin the Office of the State Comptroller. The program offers employees a ray to pur- chase college credits nor for their children to use at Texas colleges and universities in the future. With the program, participants "lock in a price today to pay for tomorror's tuition and required fees."
