EXTENSION OF LEASE AGREEMENT AMONG THE CITY OF KERRVILLE, TEXAS, COUNTY OF KERB, TEXAS, AND GIBBON PRODUCTS COMPANY OF KERRVILLE, INC. This Extension of Lease Agreement is entered into by and among the CITY OF KERRVILLE, TEXAS, a Texas home rule municipality (hereafter called "City"), the COUNTY OF KERB, TEXAS, a subdivision of the State of Texas (hereafter called "County"), City and County sometimes collectively referred to hereafter as "Lessors", and GIBBON PRODUCTS COMPANY OF KERRVILLE, INC., a Texas corporation located in Kerrville, Texas (hereafter called "Lessee") for and in consideration of the following promises and conditions The term of that certain Lease Agreement dated March 31, 1967, between Lessors and Lessee (said lease agreement being that same agreement entered into between Lessee's predecessor in title to the leasehold, Dukes Astronautics Company, amended on March 4, 1971 by agreement between the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board and Dukes Astronautics Company, and assigned on March 11, 1971, by agreement between Dukes Astronautics Company and Lessee), as set forth in Section IV of said Lease Agreement, shall be amended to terminate at midnight on June 30, 1997. 2. Lessee agrees to pay rent to Lessors in the amount of $2,400.00 for the period commencing April 1, 1997, and ending June 30, 1997, said payments to be made in three equal installments of $800.00 each, to be paid on April 1, 1997, May 1, 1997, and June 1, 1997, respectively Lessee and Lessor agree that except as provided herein, all other provisions of the Lease Agreement described in Paragraph 1, above, shall remain in full force and effect. 4. This Extension of Lease Agreement is dated March 11, 1997, but shall become effective upon the date the agreement has been signed by the last party to sign. COUNTY OF KERR, TEXAS ATTEST: Sheila L.
