P'ROP'OSED AGENDA REQUEST RULES FOR COMMISSIONERS' CDURT 1. All request have to be approved by the County Judge and/or a Commissioner (by initialing or signature) before being placed on the official agenda, ~. Agenda requests must be completely filled in, including the approximate length of time your presentation will take and a brief summary of the s~_ib.ject to 6e disc~_issed. All back-up mater-ial must accompany the agenda request. All agenda r-eq~_rests shall have s~_rfficient back-up information attached to enable the Commissioners' Court to study and understand the issue pr•ior• to the meeting date. If the Commissioners' Co~.rrt believes additional back-up material should have been incl~.rded in fully understand the issi_re, the agenda item may be tabled until such time as adequate back-~_rp is provided. 4.
