Commissioner Paldwin addressed the Court on this item
to have the personnel policies changed to pay for overtime
worked. 3udge stated that by law they could not do this in the
middle of year. Judge suggested that a st~_idy should be done
on this plan. Commissioner Oehler suggested that it has to be
done fairly for all co~_inty employees.
