BACK UP - 4-H RODEO ARENA
The Hill Country Youth 4-H Rodeo Association has offered to provide the labor
to repair and rebuild the pens on the north end of the rodeo arena. David Johnson,
Director Hill Country Youth 4-H Rodeo Association, will coordinate the construction.
The plans include shortening the arena and building new pipe and wire panel pens. The
estimated cost of the materials are about $2,300.00.
There are currently funds available in account 10-666-450 (Hill Country Youth
Exhibition Center) Building and Ground Maintenance to cover this expenditure. Later in
the year we may need to move some funds from 10-666-350 (Supplies) to 10-666-450
(Building and Ground Maintenance), this will depend on future expenditures.
