Concerning the tap fee amount for two (2) six-inch (6") sewer taps the Agriculture Barn will use,
the City will waive these tap fees. Each tap would have been an amount of one thousand, seven
hundred, and fifty dollars ($1,750.00), a total of three thousand, five hundred dollars
($3,500.00).
The City will require payment for the Capital Recovery Fee (CRF). The CRF is based on the
.-.~ size of the meter used for business/commercial accounts. The Agriculture Barn is serviced by a
two-inch (2") meter. The CRF is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for the two-inch (2"} meter.
It is the Commissioners Court's option, to request the Kerrville City Council to waive the CRF
fee. Only the City Council can decide to waive these fees; otherwise, the Utility Department is
obligated to assess the CRF fee.
