I would like to request a court action authorizing a handcheck by the Treasurer to pay insurance
fees collected ahead of events .This would alleviate a delay that is occl.n-ring because of having
to wait for commissioner court dates. The insurance company ,Sanger & Altgelt is requesting
that we be able to submit payment prior to the event.
