Commissioner- Letz addressed Court on this agenda item. He
recommended staying in Area J because San Antonio, Pexar
County is on Area L. We do not want to be in the same Region
a=_ Bexar~ County. Don Henderson stated to the Court that F:err

wants any participation, the County should be in Area J.r
Commissioner Lets stated there will be a meeting tanigt-:t
hosted Gy Kerr County located at Kerrville F~ublic Utility
Board. Judge Denson commended Commissioner Lets and
Commissioner Baldwin far their active role in the water
district and related issues and taking time to attend meetings
and is in full agreement with Commissioner Lets'
recommendations. We need to get unanimous support from all
agencies in the County. It would be logical to pass along our
resolr_~tion and bring rnanimous agreement county-wide.
This is to be put on next Commissioners' Court agenda.
