RESOLUTION OF ADOPTION
OF
REGIONAL WATER PLANNING AREA
On behalf of the residents of Ken County, Texas, the Ken County Commissioners'
Court, oppose inclusion of Ken County in any of the planning areas proposed by the Texas
Water Development Board and strenuously and respectfully request the Board establish a
Regional Water Planning Area encompassing the Counties of Hays, Comal, Blanco,
Kendall, Bandera, Gillespie, Kimble, Real, Edwards, Sutton and Kerr.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED on this 31St day of October, 1997, that
KERB COUNTY, TEXAS be included in a Regional Water Planning Area with the
Counties of Hays, Comal, Blanco, Kendall, Bandera, Gillespie, Kimble, Real, Edwards,
Sutton and Ken
