We have been working on Pikes Peak Drive where numerous property owners had fences in the
right-of--way. We have notified and received permission to remove fences from all bud one landowner.
Richard Edwards on Lot 300. All records at the Courthouse and KCAD show 300 Pikes Peak Drive as
address, but our letter was returned.
Can we go ahead and move the fence and rock wall on County right-of--way without notification, since
we cannot determine his new address?

Kerr County Road & Bridge is in the process of rebuilding Pikes Peak Drive.
As you can see from the attached Survey Plat of Lot 300 there is a "rock wall" and a "fence" is on the
centerline of the County Right-of--Way.
We ask that you allow us to remove the obstructions. When signed by you this letter will grant
permission for the Road & Bridge crews to begin the work.
If you have any questions, or need more information please call the office.
Please return a signed copy in the enclosed envelope and keep one for your records.
