RE: Cancellation of Real Ranch Subdivision (Section I & II, Vol 4, Pages 128 & 129)
1. Lane Walters has requested cancellation of Real Ranch Subdivision, Section I & II, Vol
4, Pages 128 & 139 in accordance with Local Government Code Section 232.008.
2. Local Government Code, Section 232.008(C) states, "Commissioners Court" shall
publish notice of application for cancellation... in a newspaper... at least 3 weeks before
the date on which action is taken," so I suggest setting a public hearing on
February 10, 1997.
