1 The tloodway and 100 year Hood plain boundary shown on the plat do not agree with the
FEMA maps by a significant amount
[ would recommend that the Preliminary Plat of .-fipple Valley Estates be put on hold until a
detailed engineering study be made concerning the issue by the developer, and that we all
have time to analyze it
2 1 have not heard from ~GRA. Dan Keeler, about his recommendations on the flood plain
