The Court discussed this item and that the drainage problem
was oat a County problem. The homeowners were gaing to have to
work this problem out themselves.

RE: Drainage Problem in Oak Forest South and Quail Run
During recent rains, several homes in Oak Forest South and Quail Run subdivisions had water
problems. Even though there are no drainage easements platted in Oak Forest South or Quail
Run, I feel that for the health, safety, and welfare of these citizens something should be done.
I ask that you consider allowing Road & Bridge to have a drainage study done on the area to find
out how the problem needs to be addressed. While this is being done, I will approach the
landowners to acquire drainage easements.
After the study is done and the people have agreed to give easements, then Road & Bridge
will come up with a plan and determine a cost.
After we have the plan and estimated cost, I would come back to the Court for approval before
