-~ Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations Committee Proposal
Pursuant to the workshop we held on February 24, 1997 we discussed that the
best way to proceed with reviewing and possibly modifying the Kerr County Subdivision
Rules and Regulations would be the appointment of a committee to start the process.
I recommend the committee be made up of the following representatives:
1. County Engineer
2. County Attorney
3. Engineer-Local
4. Developer-Local
5. Developer-Local but with experience in other areas of the state.
6. Real Estate Broker
7. City ofKerrville-Director of Planning
8. City of Kerrville-P&Z member
9. UGRA Representative
10. One or two Representatives from Commissioners' Court
._ These representatives are my ideas and are intended to be a starting point in our
discussion.
Each member of Commissioners' Court should think of what the committee make-
up should be and what individuals could fill these positions.
