The roads were apparently built to County specifications, and would have been accepted after one year. However, the developer never followed through to see that the roads were accepted. The subdivision remained undeveloped for approximately 10 years. The current developers have been working with our department to assure that everything is done before asking the Court to approve the roads for maintenance. Therefore, we recommend that you accept the following roads for maintenance contingent upon the seal coat being completed when weather allows, and the signs being installed. .-.. Rhum Road .
