Dear Frank: We are in the process of preparing, and securing approval from all the governing agencies, an Amending Plat of Saddlewood Estates, Section Three. We were recently informed of some requirements by the Headwaters Underground Water Conservation District. One, of which, is the requirement that a water well be located a minimum 75 foot from a property line. The existing well and the other well sites will not meet this requirement. The well sites and the adjacent lots is all which will be amended. -° Please find included a letter to the Headwaters Underground Water Conservation District and plats indicating the amended lots. Well Site No. 1 and Well Site No. 3, are the only well sites being changed for wells. Well Site No. 2 is going to be abandoned and the land transferred to the owner of Lot 9, Block 6. I need to know if this can be handled as a minor plat or does it have to go to the County Commissioners? I know we need the utility companies and the UGRA to sign the plat, informing them of the changes. But do we need the Post Office and 911 to sign it? Nothing on the amending plat will effect them.
