Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Paldwin, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of ~-0-@, the ardering
of Truck requested in 1997/98 Capital Outlay in Raad and
Bridge Department.

RE: Consider Ordering 8yd Dump Truck in 97/98 Budget
The 8yd dump truck approved in our 1997/98 Budget can be purchased through State Purchasing
without going out to bid, and we would receive the trucks before the end of the year.
In the past we have gone out for bid after Oct. 1, and the truck we order then has to be built and the
manufacturer closes through the holidays. We do not recieve our truck until April of the following year.
We ask that you allow us to order our truck at this time.
