This deed is recorded in Volume 809; page 391 of Real Property Records of Kerr County. All Lots were acquired on or about July 27, 1995. A true and correct copy of the deeds are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference, word for word, verbatim. Petitioners own and unplatted 104.42 acre tract contiguous to the Real Estates Subdivision, Section One and Section Two. II Petitiioners seek to cancel all of the Subdivision including any dedicated easements or roadways and seek to re-establish the property as an acreage tract as it existed before the Real Ranch Estates Subdivision, Section One and Section Two. This deed is recorded in Volume 809; page 391 of Real Property Records of Kerr County. All Lots were acquired on or about July 27, 1995. A true and correct copy of the deeds are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference, word for word, verbatim. Petitioners own and unplatted 104.42 acre tract contiguous to the Real Estates Subdivision, Section One and Section Two. II Petitiioners seek to cancel all of the Subdivision including any dedicated easements or roadways and seek to re-establish the property as an acreage tract as it existed before the Real Ranch Estates Subdivision, Section One and Section Two. The cancellation of all of the Subdivision does not interfere with the established rights of any purchaser of the reason that Petitioners own all of the Subdivision and agree to the cancellation.
