Introducing four, economy, 66 to 90 PTO horsepower New Holland tractors with the strongest engine lineup ever offered, a proven transmission and heavy- duty drivetrain. New Holland all-purpose trac- tors are powered [or extra perfor- mancewith advanced GENESISTM diesel engines. These field-proven engines provide new levels of per formance and efficiency to deliver the power you need for the way you work today...and tomorrow. GENESIS'TM engines provide more power, up to 50 % increased torque rise, and improved fuel effi- ciency. The drivetrain puts mare power to the ground because these large-displacement engines, cou- pled with tough transmissions, transfer more torque backup to the planetary final drives. The result: constant pulling power over a wide rpm range. The large displacement to horsepower ratio and increased torque backup means you have an engine that's able to pull hard, without working hard. There's less stalling and less shifting. [t also means you have an engine you can rely on for years of dependable sen~ice. Rhir~o,& s, are,ag~ ~~ r M ! ~ r ~ 1 -- 1~ r5F Quality, Dependability, and Performance are three great reasons why the TWISTER®family of medium-duty cutters from SERVIS-RHINO® is mowing the competition down! SLIP CLUTCH: A Cat 4 driveline is standard equipment on all TW cutters. The gearbox and driveline are protected from sudden shockloads by a rugged, eight-spring slip clutch. Far additional wearing surface area and longer life, the slip clutch is provided with two friction discs. The external clutch springs allow for easy, equal adjustment. The gearbox shield can be "flipped" back for easy access to the driveline yoke grease fitting. (Gearbox shield removed to show detail.) TAILWHEEL ASSEMBLY: The lift-type TW60, 72, & 84 tailwheel assemblies include a laminated fire for long wear and reduced downtime. The independent wheel hub features greaseable, tapered roller bearings for extended service life. By being independent of the wheel, the wheel hub absorbs sudden shock- loads, reducing the chance of rim failure. The 1-112" diameter caster fork shaft can be easily greased to extend the service life. ROUNDED-EDGE/REPLACEABLE SKID SHOES: All TW cutters feature a 10- gaugetop deck and 114" side skirls to withstand demanding conditions. To help ensure dependable service, the top deck is heavily braced to the mainframe of the cutter and the rounded-edge design adds strength while making cleanup easier. To reduce damage and wear to the side skirl, all TW's feature easily replaceable skid shoes. PAN BLADE CARRIER: Pan blade carriers help minimize maintenance costs by allowing the cutter to "glide" over obstructions, reducing the chance of damage to the drivetrain. Free-swinging, updraft blades also reduce shock- loatls and help ensure a clean, smooth cut. For extended wear, the blades are 1/2" x 4" and heat treated. r (~ V ¢ m ~~ ~ 2 z M ~ J ~ . The TW60, 72, and 84 offer mowing widths of 5', 6', and T\ i and feature a rugged 90 HP gearbox with Cat 4 drivelines to provide dependable service. The driveline and gearbox are protected from sudden shockloads by an easily-adjustable slip clutch to reduce maintenance costs. Aheavily-rein- forced 10-gauge top deck featuring arounded-edge design for added strength and easy clean up helps ensure quality throughout. The TW60 and TW72 are available in 540 RPM and three-point lift. The TW84 is available in 540 or 1000 RPM, three-point lift or pull, to fit a wide range of tractors. High blade tip speed and updraft blades mounted on pan blade carriers help ensure a smooth, even cut. Quality, Dependability, and Performance are three rea- '~ "` sons why the TW family of cutters from RHINO are mowing the competition down! TW60 The TW60 mows a full 5' swath and is available in 540 RPM and three- point lift. The TW60 re- quires only a 30 HP tractor (with adequate front weights) to save on operating costs. The tail- wheel beam of the TW60, 72, and 84 lift- type cutters are easily adjustable for different cutting heights. TW72 The TW72 mows a 6' swath of material and can be operated on a tractor as small as 40 HP (with adequate front weights). The floating top linkage of the "A" frame allows the TW cutters to follow the contour of the ground in rough conditions with- out damage to the hitch. ~~ ~~ TW84 ,~ The ws a 7' swath and is available in 540 or 1000 RPM and as a pull- or lift-type unit to fit a wide range of tractors. An optional heavy-duty "A" frame is available for working in demanding conditions. The lift-type unit is avail- able with one or two tail- wheels and requires a 60 HP tractor (with ade- quate front weights) while the pull-type TW84 requires only a 30 HP tractor for many conditions. SLIP CLUTCH: A Cat 4 driveline is standard equipment on all TW culters. The gearbox and driveline are protected from sudden shockloads by a rugged, eight-spring slip clutch. For additional wearing surface area and longer life, the slip clutch is provided with four friction discs. The external clutch springs allow for easy, equal adjustment. The gearbox shield can be `9lippetl" bade for easy access to the driveline yoke grease fitting. (Gearbox shield removed to show detail.) TAILWHEEL ASSEMBLY: The lift-type TW60, 72, & 84 tailwheel assemblies include a laminated tire for long wear and reduced downtime. The independent wheel hub features greaseable, tapered roller bearings for extended service life. By being independent of the wheel, the wheel hub absorbs sudden shock- loads, reducing the chance of rim failure. The 1-1/2" diameter caster cork shaft can be easily greased to extend the service life. ROUNDED-EDGE/REPLACEABLE SKID SHOES: All TW cutters feature a 10- gaugetop deck and 1/4" side skirts io withstand demanding conditions. To help ensure dependable service, the fop deck is heavily braced to the mainframe of the cutter and the rounded-edge design adds strength while making cleanup easier. To reduce damage and wear to the side skirt, all TW's feature easily replaceable skid shoes. PAN BLADE CARRIER: Pan blade carriers help minimize maintenance costs by allowing the cutter to "glide" over obstructions, reducing the chance of damage to the drivetrain. Free-swinging, updraft blades also reduce shock- loads and help ensure a clean, smooth cut. For extended wear, the blades are 1/2" x 4" and heat treated. SPECIFICATIONS ~~. J ENNIEL 58105 __.
