Commissianer-• Lackey addressed the Co~_~r^t on possible of r~_-les
and r^egulations far Co~_~nty Gar^ks. He stated that we need r~_iles
in the County parks. We wer^e having slot of complaints in the
Lions F'ar^k at Center F~oint. Commissianer^ Lackey is to get with
the Co~_~nty Givil Attorney, Mr. F~ollard and see what a~_ithority
the Co~_~nty has to enforce rules and make them a law.
