Item 2.19 Consider and discuss moving Maintenance Office
to another location. (Commissioner F'ct. #~)
Commissioner Pct. #'~ addressed the C:o~.rrt on moving
Maintenance Office to wher°e you would enter for the old
jail and to ~_ise the sally port to keep their' lawn mower°s in
it. The Court agreed that the lawn mowers could be kept in the
sally poet and to let the Sheriff know that if she needed to
use the sally por°t to let Maintenance Depar°tment known so that
they co~_~Id move the lawn inower-s. The Judge would visit with the
Maintenance Sa_ipervisor on about ~_ising an office downstairs.
Item '~. 17 Consider and discuss appr'oval of Inter°local
Rgreement by and between Pexar County and Kerr County for
Mental Health Ser'vices and authorise the Co~_~nty J~_idge to sign
,... same. (Co~_~nty J~_~dge)
The J~_~dge asked Mr°. pollard if he had looked aver the Pexar
Coi.~nty Inter°local Agreement. Mr°. Pollard stated he had nat
had a chance to lank at the agreement. Mr. Fbllard is to come
back on .7~_ily 17, 1997 at S~T:00 R.M. on this item.

The Co~_irt disc~_~ssed with Mr. F'ollar°d the males that need
to be revised. This item is to be put back an the agenda for°
the next meeting and each Commissioners is to have two people
to appoint to a committee for° r°~_iles and regulations for County
F'ark s.
