~Cichard Slagle addressed the Co~_-rt on this item and stated
that compensation time stays on the books longer and the
employer cannot make a employee take the time. Mr. Slagle
also stated that yo~_- will be paying the employee at a higher
rate of pay when the employee leaves the .,job.
Then if yoa_- wa~_-ld have paid for the ho-.-rs when the overtime
was worked. He stated by paying the empiayees for the overtime
worked you will have a cleaner books{eeping system.
