Dear Judge & Commissioners:
My office does not have a copier and I am requesting a budget
amendment approval in order to purchase one. The cost for a small
desktop copier is 5493.50. This copier is nothing fancy but would
certainly serve our needs. We have several employees come in our
office to fill out paperwork regarding new employee or termination
forma. We always have to leave our office to make copies of these
forms and the employees are left waiting in our office. We also
have to make copies daily of other forma.
I had 5900.00 in capital outlay for a credenza. I ordered one for
6721.00 leaving 5179.00 in capital outlay. I only need 5341.00
more in capital outlay to be albe to make this purchase. I am
requesting the 5341.00 to be transfered from within my budget.
Your consideration to this matter would be moat helpful to the
operation of my office and would be very much appreciated.
