emplayee is entitled to family ~;nd medical leave far a total
of 1~: weeks. An employee whoa takes leave +_inder^ this law m+.~st
be able to ret+_ir^n to the same .job or a .job with eq+_tivalent
stat+_~s and pay providing the employee r^eturns to work within
the 12 week periori. In addition, the employer^ must cant in+_~e
the emplayee's health benefits dairing the the leave periad.
After the concl+_tsion of the is meek period the emplayee may
continue t~ai.siher health ins+_trance if paid in advance by the
employee.
The Gaunty will pay an emplayee who is an leave beca+_ise of an
an-the--.job in,j+_~ry far the first seven days. Neginning an the
eighth day salary benefits will be paid by the warker's
