:.pursuant to the lease agreement between the Kerrville Little
League and Xerr County covering the property where the little
league youth baseball and softball Fields are locatod at Spur lUU
and Highway 27, the Kerrville Little League respectfully requests
that Xerr County execute the subect utility easement with XPUB.
""he purpose cf t!-;is utility easement is to provide electrical
service to the new water irrigation well the Kerrville Little
League contract®d to have drilled at the little league fields.
The easement will require a guide wire be located on the back
portion o: the Road and Bridge Department property and one or two
power pales to be located on the property where the little league
fields are Iooated. The location of these structures are accept-
able to 'both the Kerrville Little League and the Kerr County P.4ad
and Bridge Department. Due to the electrical requirements of the
pumps at the well location new service is required.
