County Judge, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously accepted the minutes and waived the reading
of said minutes. The Minutes for Special Session on Tuesday,
December 3, 1996, Reg~_ilar Session on Monday, December- 9, 1996,
Special Session on Monday, December- 23, 1996 were submitted.
Item 1.5 Reprove and accept Monthly Reports.

ACCEPTRNCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 13th day of Januar^y 1997, came to be
considered by the Court the r^e ports of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Cler^k for- future r^eference
and subject to audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner
Lackey, seconded by County Judge, the Co~_irt
