that the Commissioners' Court of the County of Kerr-, Texas
her^e6y requests that the Legislature of "(he State of Texas,
meeting in it's 75th session, in Austin, Texas to change the
requirements to allow Kerr County to be reimbursed at the rate
of 535.00 per^ day for- the arrest, transportation, detention,
ho~_ising, feeding and care of these parole violator^s on behalf
of the State of Texas, or allow these parole violators to be
immediately placed in a state facility.
