(County Engineer? This item was disc~_~ssed 6y the Court with Gary Kersey addressed the Co~_ir•t on behalf of the developer. Mr. Schneider addressed on behalf of the land owner^s. The land owners main concern was with the r•estr•ictions that were filed that gave them the right to say that the lot co~_~ld not be s~_i6divided. The Co~_irt consulted with Civil Attorney Tom f'oll.ar^d. Mr. F'ollar^d went on to say that the Court could not get involved in the enforcing of the restrictions.
