(Co~_mty Engineer) This item was disc~.issed by the Court with Gary Kersey addr^essed the Co~_rr^t on behalf of the developer. Mr. Schneider' addr^essed on behalf of the land owners. The land owners main concern was with the r^estrictions that were filed that gave them the right to say that the lot co~_rld not he s~_~bdivided. The Court consulted with Civii Attorney Tom Pollard. Mr^. Pollard went on to say that the Cour^t co~_rld ~' not get involved in the enforcing of the r^est-r^ictions. The Co~_rrt took no action nn this matter' at this time.
