WINDOW RESTORATION
On this the 28th day of Jan~_iary 1997, ~_~pon motion made
by Co~_inty Ji_idge, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
approved by a vote of 4-1-0, with Commissioner Lackey
abstaining, the Change Order No. 3 to repair sixteen windows
and one door for `k12,500.00 by Rhodes Constr~.iction.

Commissioner Lackey reported on the well at the Ag
Darn. UGRR said we could hook ~_ip the well at Ag barn and ~_~se
the water at the wash rack but there will need to be a sign to
incl~_~de the following me ssage "Not for• Dr•inlting" or any other
s~_~ch appropriate warning. Commissioner Lackey is to have the
cost to hook the well back ~.ip by the next Commissioners'
Meeting nn Febr~_iary 10, 1997.
Commissioner- Lacltey r•epor•ted on the automobile bodies in
third creek and Flat Rock Lake. UGRR will inspect the lake in
search of s~.~b.ject auto body. UGRA will approach N,er-r•ville Fire
Department to see if they are interested to use the situation
as a training exercise. UGRA will also talk to Mr. Taylor
abo~_it moving the cars o~_it of the floodway of Third Creek.
Commissioner- Oehler reported that they will pull the pl~_ig on
Ingram Dam this week.
