BUDGET AMENDMENT IN THE 216TH DISTRICT COURT
On this the 24th day of February 1997, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Raldwin, the
Court unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
(42.75 from Line Item No. 10-43~-417 Special Trials to Line
Item No. 10-43~-497 Court Transcripts in the 21Eth District
Court.

ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 24th day of February 1997 came to be
considered by the Court the r•epor•ts of the County and
precinct Officials of Kerr- County, Texas and having heard
and considered by the Court finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk far reference and
subject to audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
