Item 1.2 Padget Amendments ORDER NO. 23854 BUDGET AMENDMENT IN THE 216TH DISTRICT COURT On this the 24th day of February 1997, upon motion made by Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Raldwin, the Court unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0, to transfer (42.75 from Line Item No. 10-43~-417 Special Trials to Line Item No. 10-43~-497 Court Transcripts in the 21Eth District Court.
