This item was discussed by the Court with the County Judge
stating that this position co~_~ld be a problem solver with
the different departments, Commissioner Letz stated
there is not a need far this position. The system that
is already set up is working goody with the Commissioners
being appointed to the different projects in the
various departments to oversee them.

setting wor^kshop to review Indigent Health Care t-'rogram.

This item was discussed by the Court and the Court
decided to have a workshop to review the Indigent Health Care
Program. Commissioner- Paldwin will coordinate a committee
to see how it is run, how 'the screening is done and what ar-e
the administrative costs in the Indigent Health Care F'r-o gram.

A5 COORDINATOR FOR CERTAIN TESTING
AT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT FACILITY

On this the 24th day of February 1997, upon motion made by
County Judge, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to appoint Sam Cox
as coordinator for certain testing of the foundation and
rock work at the Law Enforcement Facility.
