This item was a carry over from Monday, February 24, 1997
agenda to consider and discuss renewal of Property and
General Liability Insurance with Texas Association of
Counties.

On this the 27th day of Februar^y 1997, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to accept the
Renewal of Property and General Liability Insurance with Texas
Association of Counties.
