abstaining, the extension of the Lease Agreement
between the City of Kerrville, County of Kerr,
Texas, and Gibson F'rod~_tcts Company of Kerrville, Inc.
EXTENSION OF LEASE AGREEMENT AMONG "fHE CI-fY OF KERRVTLL_E,
--- TEXRS, COUNTY OF KERR, TEXAS, AND GIPSON pRODUCTS COMPANY OF
KERRVILLE, INC.
This Extension of Lease Rgreement is entered into by and
among the CITY OF KERRVILLE, TF_XRS, a Texas home r-gale
m~_tr~icipality (hereafter called "City">, the COUNTY OF KERR,
TEXRS, a subdivision of the State of Texas (hereafter called
"Coy-mty">, City and Co~_tnty sometimes collectively referred to
hereafter as "Lessors", and GIPSON pRODUCTS COMPANY OF
KERRVIL_L.E, INC., a Texas corporation located in Kerrvi7.l.e,
Texas (hereafter called "I__essee"1 far and in consideration of
the following promises and conditions:
1. The term of that cer°tain Lease Agreement dated March 31,
1967, between Lessors and Lessees (said lease agreement being
that same ag'r•eeinent entered into between Lessee'r> predecessor
in title to the leasehold, D~_tkes Astr-onauti.cs Company, amended
on March 4, 1971 be agreement between the Ker•rville~-Kerr
Ca~_mty Joint Rirpar^t Poard and llukes Astronautics Company, and
assigned an Mcar•ch 11, 1971, by agreement between D~-ikes
Rstrona~_ttics Company and Lessee), as set forth it't Section IV
o~F said Lease Agreement, shall be amended to terminate a1:
midnight on June 30, 1997.
~. Lessee agreer> to pay rent to Lessors in the amo~_tnt of
$._,400.0 for' the period commencing April 1, 1997, and ending
"' J~_tne 0, 1997, said payments to be made in three ey~_tal
installments of 9~L300.00 each, to be paid on Rpril 1, 1997, May
1, 1997, ~anci .J~_tne 1, 1997, respectively.

3. Lessee and Lessor- agree that except as provided herein, all
ott~ier- provisions of the Lease Agreement described in F'ar-agraph
1, above, shall remain in full force and effect.
4. This Extension of Lease Agreement is dated March 11, 1997,
b~_it shall become effective ~_~pon the date the agreement has
been signed by the last par-ty to sign.
