unanimously approved by a vote of 4-@-@~ the final plat of
Horizon, Section One.
Item 2.5 Consider and discuss platting notes required on

Jim Brown from UGRA addressed the Court on platting notes
,,._ required that UGRA and Headwaters Underground Water
Conservation Distr-ict be included in 'the platting process
of plats that are s~_tbmitted to the Court.
J~_~dge stated that this wo~_~ld be addressed by the N.err Co~_mty
S~_ibdivision R~_iles and Regulation Committee.
