Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0, to pay said Claims and Recounts.

BUDGET RMENDMENT IN THE 216TH DISTRICT COURT
AND THE 198TH DISTRICT COURT
On this the 28th day of April 1997, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
(1,550.58 from Line Item No. 10-436-417 Special Trials to
Line Item ND. 1Q~-435-417 Special Trials in the 216th District
Court and the 198th District Court and authorize a handcheck.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby author^ized
to draw a voucher for f3, 018. 75 made payable to Michael R.
Rrambula, M. D.
