TNRCC addressed the Court on regarding private water
system. The TNRCC reviews plans from engineering firm
thiat want to tie on to a water system. They get the
as-6i,xilt plans from the engineering firm. The as-built
plans ar-~e to see if it does meet the requirements for TNRCC.
TNRCC has a cons~.xmer assistance program where people can call
and let them know if the water or water pressure is not good
or- if tF~ey can not get ser-vice. Franklin Johnston would like
to see the Rules and Reg~_~lation from TNRCC. The Court will
be receiving copies of the Rules and Regulation from TNRCC.
