COMMISSIONERS' CDURT CONVENED IN WORKSHOP SESSION ON
.July 2, 1997 at 10:00 A_M_ with all officers present and
the following proceedings were had:
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A. M. and the
Road and Bridge Department addressed the Court with their
budget for 1997 - 1998.
The Judge stated that the Road and Bridge Department did
a goad jab an their budget. Commissioner Letz and Commissioner
Oehler wer^e the liaison for the Court on helping the Road and
Bridge Department with their budget. The Commissioners were
satisfy with the budget.
Gat Dye addressed the Cour-t on the Internet. The business
rate for five users is 159.95 per month for 120 hours after
that it is E0. 30 an hour. The Judge stated he would put this
on the next Commissioners' Court meet ing~ but for Pat to
go ahead and do the necessary work dealing with the getting
the Internet.
The County Attorney addr^essed
The County Attorney wanted to

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESS AT 11:55 A. M.
The Sheriff's budget Session started at 1:00 G.M. where there
was considerable changes in the budget. She is asking for more
employees and had justification for• these employees. The
maintenance person salary was transferred back to the
Maintenance Department's budget. The Sheriff*s Department is
also needing to replace some of their vehicles.
