July 17, 1997 at 11:00 R.M. with all officers present and
the following Budgets were discussed:
The meeting was called to order at 11:00 A. M. and
Ji.istice of the F'eace F'rect. #3 addressed the Court on
his budget and his budget was tentative appr-oved as is.
The others budgets addressed were the County J~_~dge,
Commissioners' Court, Non-Departmental, and Co~_inty Court.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED AT 1:15 F'. M.
Commissioners' Court addressed the following budgets at 1:00
F'. M.
The Ji_istice of F'eace F'rect. #1 with little change to her
budget.
The Justice of F'eace F'rect #2 with little change to her
budget.
The Justice of F'eace F'rect. #4 was not in Court. The Court
went over his b~.adget and there is no change to his b~..~dget.
The Court went over^ all of the Constable's bi_~dget and
they up the salary on Constable #2, #3, R #4. The Court
adjusted Constable #i with the 5:~ increase. R11 other things
in the Constables' b~.idget stayed the same.
