COMMISSIONERS COURT CONVENED IN RIJDGET WORKSHOP SESSION ON
Thursday, August 7, 1947 with the following officers present

Rr~.ice Oehler absent and the following proceedings were had:
The meeting was called to order- at 9:00 R.M. and the
198th District Attor°ney's Office b~_idget for° 1997 - 1998, the
Rssistant: District Attar°ney was present. There was a S%
incr°ease in the assistants salary. J~_~dge Denson stated that
the Assistant District Rttor°ney was sl<illed and qualified for°
the salary incr°ease. The Co~_irt is in favor of the 198th
Dist r°ict A'ttorney's budget for 1997 ~- 1998.
Commissioner Oehler arrived in the Courtroom at 9:'0 A. M.
The City;Co~.mty Rudyet was disc_~ssed. Commissioner Paldwin
stated that the Libr°ar°y Padget would remain the same. There
was no change to the Libr•ar°y R~_idget. The City Engineer°
addressed the Rirport R~_idget. The Airport Padget had a
decrease from $:=b,00~S to Sck,2100. The Recycling Center°
introduced its budget for 1997 - 1998. A req~_iest for° ~10,00~
was made to employ a par°t-time individual for• a f~..ill year.
J~_~dge Denson and the Co~_~rt were in favor of this increase.
