Judge Knox addressed the Court on her physical condition.
She will not be released from the doctor till December, 1997.
Judge I<r~ox will begin to magistrate at the ,jail.
Item 2.1 Consider and discuss forming a Road District for
Nidder~ Acres. (William E. Rowden)
William E. Bowden address the Court on having the County
fix 500 feet of road. The Judge suggest that Road and Pridge
go out and look at the road and give a cost on bring the road
up to County requirement. Then Mr^. Powden could go back to the
pr•ooer^ty owners and know how much money they will need to
bring tF-~e r^oad up to the County's requirement.
