On this day the 25th day of Rugust 1997, by a motion made
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unaniŽously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to approve the
Interlocal Agreement for Mental Health and Chemical
Dependency commitments with the following counties:
Blanco, Dewitt, Gonzales, Jim Wells, Kimble, La Salle,
McMullen, Medina, Menard, Mills, Real, San Saba, Uvalde,
Jackson, Karnes, Lavaca, Live Oak, Mason, Neuces, Refugio and
Victoria and authorize County Judge to sign same.
